The canals in Ho Chi Minh City are suffering severe consequences due to indiscriminate littering. Household waste, plastic bags, and industrial waste have turned once-pristine waterways into "dead rivers." This pollution not only mars the urban landscape but also poses serious threats to aquatic ecosystems, contaminates water and air, and directly impacts public health.
To join hands with the community, contribute to improving the living environment, and deliver a powerful message about environmental protection, on November 3, 2024 , SG LINK collaborated with SAIGONXANH to clean up Ba Mien canal in Go Vap. This area is a waste hotspot with an alarming accumulation of several dozen tons of trash spread over 600m².
We hope this small action by SG LINK can help create a cleaner, more beautiful environment!
